3. User Responsibilities

4. Independent Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and REI. Users, affiliates, and partners operate as independent contractors and have no authority to bind REI to any agreement or obligation.

5. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

REI does not guarantee approval, underwriting, or funding of any loan or financial request. All submissions are subject to review, underwriting guidelines, and approval by REI and/or its lending partners.

Users must not represent or imply that any application has been approved unless official written confirmation is provided by REI.

6. Fees and Payments

• REI may charge service fees, membership fees, or other applicable charges for access to certain services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Commission or compensation, if applicable, will only be paid upon successful completion and funding of transactions
• REI does not advance commissions or payments on pending transactions

7. Third-Party Relationships

REI works with third-party lenders, investors, and service providers. REI does not control and is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes from these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• REI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• REI is not responsible for any loss resulting from denied applications, delays, or third-party actions
• Use of REI services is at your own risk

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and systems provided by REI are the property of REI Capital Group, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
